About 28% on every plan and add-on. Growth is $309/month or $2,689/year — $219/month effective, saving $1,089 a year. Solo is $69/month or $569/year, which works out at $49/month.

CRM Lite — leads, contacts, pipeline and quotations — is included free on Solo, Crew and Starter. Full CRM adds WhatsApp campaigns, VoIP calling, Meta lead ads, pipeline automation, territories and KPI reports. It is included in Growth and Enterprise, and is a $79/month ($649/year) add-on on Crew and Starter.

Up to a point: Crew adds up to 2 extra seats at $19 each, Starter up to 4 at $19, and Growth up to 15 at $9. Past that the next plan costs less per seat, so we show you the comparison instead of selling you more seats.

Solo is self-serve by design — setup guides and email support within 48 hours, no onboarding call. That is what keeps it at $49/month on annual billing. Crew and above get faster support; Starter and above include a guided setup call.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current term, and nothing is ever deleted — data above the new plan limits simply becomes read-only.

Existing customers keep their price for at least 12 months from any change, with 60 days notice before it moves. If we ever cut a price, you get the lower one immediately.

Every file the app stores counts — project documents, site and daily-progress photos, GRN and expense photos, Drive, quotations and CAD drawings. Settings → Subscription & Billing shows the full breakdown by category. Extra storage is $9 for 10 GB, $19 for 100 GB or $109 for 1 TB per month.

Free during the beta. WhatsApp conversations, calling minutes and SMS are metered and shown in your billing settings, but not charged. When we do start charging it will be at cost plus a small margin, with a monthly spend cap you set yourself — and we will give notice first.
