Pick a project type — villa, apartment, interior fit-out, infrastructure — and the workflow, approval chain, checklists and document set configure themselves instead of being rebuilt for every project.
RA (Running Account) bills
Running Account billing the way Indian contracts actually work: cumulative measured quantities, previous-bill deductions, retention and mobilisation recovery, with each RA bill traceable to the measurement book behind it.
Percentage-of-supervision billing
Bill a supervision or PMC fee as a percentage of certified work done, recalculated automatically as each RA bill is certified — instead of a spreadsheet maintained alongside the project.
PR mode and PO-level payment mode
