Common questions
BuilderX Pro is multi-tenant with isolation enforced at the database level through row-level security, so every query is automatically scoped to the requesting organization. Application-level tenant filtering provides a second layer of protection. In practice, users only ever see and act on their own organization’s data.
Access is governed by nine built-in roles — from superadmin and admin to project manager, procurement manager, sales manager, sales executive, site engineer, site supervisor, and viewer. On top of roles you can set team-based permissions, per-user overrides with expiry, and a data scope of All, Own-or-Team, or Own. Permission changes refresh in real time.
Sensitive actions — purchases, payments, expense reports, and work orders — pass through configurable, multi-step approval flows with a central approvals inbox. Audit logs across every module record who did what and when, and consent and terms acceptance are tracked for compliance.
BuilderX Pro is built by Isotect Sturdy Construction Pvt Ltd for the Indian market, with pricing in INR and billing through Razorpay.
