Operational AI, not document chat
rDash AI Copilot
BuilderXPro focuses AI on operational intelligence — lead scoring, KPI insights, and cost anomaly detection tied to your live project and procurement data, not just document chat.
Generic AI add-ons
AI is embedded in construction workflows — measurement units in procurement, scoring in CRM, anomalies in finance — not bolted on as a separate chat window.
All-you-can-eat AI pricing
AI credits let you pay for what you use. Start with core modules and add AI capacity as your team grows.
Questions about AI in BuilderXPro
AI is available on Team, Business and Enterprise. It is sold as named seats rather than a message quota: Team includes AI chat for 3 users and Business for 10, with extra seats at ₹499/month each. AI agents are coming soon on Business and Enterprise. Solo does not include AI and it cannot be added — move to Team or above to use it.
On Team and above, BuilderXPro includes AI chat plus AI-assisted measurement unit generation, KPI scoring, smart lead scoring, and cost anomaly detection — powered by an AI credits system so you pay for the intelligence you use.
A per-message allowance lets one heavy user consume the whole plan in a week, which turns into a support ticket rather than a decision you can make. Naming the users who get AI keeps the cost predictable for us and the entitlement obvious for you — you always know exactly who has it, and you can add a seat the moment someone else needs one.
Organizations on Team, Business or Enterprise receive 100 AI credits once, free, when they sign up. AI features draw down that balance, and further credits are bought as add-on top-ups whenever you need them. There is no recurring monthly allowance — you only pay for the intelligence you actually use. Solo does not receive credits, because AI is not part of that plan.
rDash emphasizes an AI copilot for design and document workflows. BuilderXPro applies AI to operational intelligence — scoring leads, detecting cost anomalies, and generating measurement units — integrated with CRM, procurement, and finance on one platform.
No. BuilderXPro AI augments your team — surfacing anomalies, prioritizing leads, and reducing manual setup — so managers spend time deciding, not digging through spreadsheets.
The AI we are building next
Document-reading and analytical AI, in development now. These are not available yet — the capabilities above this section are live today.
AI analytics
Ask for the analysis in plain language — cost overruns by project, vendor price drift, which sites are slipping — and get the chart and the underlying rows, not just a number.
Deep AI chat analytics
Conversational analysis that holds context across a whole line of questioning, follows a figure down into the transactions behind it, and cites the records it used so an answer can be checked.
AI GRN analysis
Read the goods-receipt photographs and paperwork at the gate: quantity and material against the purchase order, short supply and damage flagged before the vehicle leaves.
AI purchase-order matching
Three-way matching across purchase order, goods receipt and invoice, with rate, quantity and tax differences surfaced for a human to approve rather than found during audit.
AI invoice scrutiny
Every vendor invoice checked on arrival — GSTIN validity, HSN and tax rate, arithmetic, contracted rate, and terms — so the exceptions reach the finance team instead of the whole pile.
AI duplicate and anomaly detection
Catches the same invoice entered twice, the same expense claimed on two projects, near-identical vendor records and payments that break a site’s own pattern.
