1. How to Request Deletion

Email support@builderxpro.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Include your registered company/organisation name and the email or phone number used to sign in, so we can verify your identity.
If your account was created by your organisation's administrator, your administrator can also submit this request on your behalf, or you can ask them to remove your user from the organisation directly within the app.

2. What Gets Deleted

Your profile information: name, email, phone number, and photo.
Attendance, location check-in, and site activity records tied to your user profile.
App preferences, notification settings, and device tokens.
Uploaded photos, documents, and files attributed to your account, where not required for other users' project records.

Financial records such as invoices and payment history, as required under Indian tax and accounting law (typically up to 8 years).
Project and attendance records that are shared with other users in your organisation (e.g. timesheets used for payroll) may be retained by your organisation even after your individual profile is deleted, since they belong to the project owner's business records, not to you individually.
Data we are legally required to retain for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or compliance with a court order or government request.

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
Deletable personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days of a verified request.
Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being purged, after which it is unrecoverable.
