BuilderXPro vs Procore
Enterprise breadth priced in dollars, or an Indian-market platform priced in rupees.
What Procore does well
Procore is one of the most established construction management platforms in the world, with deep project management, drawings, RFIs, submittals, bidding, and financial tooling built for large general contractors and owners. On breadth and maturity it is a serious product and a fair benchmark.
- RFIs, submittals and transmittals — mature and deeply modelled
- Drawings, plan management and document control at enterprise scale
- Tender and bid management
- A very large ecosystem of integrations and implementation partners

Which should you choose?
Choose BuilderXPro if
You are an Indian contractor or developer where the binding constraints are GST and TDS, rupee pricing, subcontractor payments and procurement discipline — and an enterprise platform built for a different regulatory market would be paid for largely in features you cannot use.
Choose Procore if
You are running large, drawing-led, multi-stakeholder projects where RFIs, submittals and formal document control are contractual obligations, and you have the budget and the implementation capacity to match.
BuilderXPro vs Procore
For the Indian mid-market, largely yes — and for enterprise document control, no. We do not have RFIs, submittals or drawing management, and we are not pretending to replace those. What we replace is the part of Procore an Indian contractor would actually use, plus the GST, TDS, payroll and procurement work that Procore was never built to do.
Different shapes, not just different numbers. Procore is typically an annual enterprise contract sized to construction volume. BuilderXPro is per-seat in INR with monthly and annual options and no volume-based minimum, which is why the comparison usually turns on commitment structure rather than list price. Our current pricing is on the pricing page.
RFIs, submittals, formal drawing and document control, and tender management — stated plainly so you can decide whether those are contractual requirements on your projects or things you have simply never needed.
